Meal Break is a mobile nutrition tracking application that helps users monitor daily food intake, track calories and macronutrients, and work toward their health and fitness goals. Features include barcode scanning, manual meal logging, AI-powered photo food recognition, exercise logging, water tracking, and personalized nutrition goal calculations using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.
Meal Break is available on iOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via the Google Play Store.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Meal Break. Users under 18 must have parental permission. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Meal Break offers free and Premium plans. Premium is available at $7.99/month or $59.99/year.
Free features (no subscription required): barcode scanning for packaged foods, manual meal logging, basic nutrition tracking, exercise logging, water tracking, access to all app screens and stats.
Premium features ($7.99/month or $59.99/year): AI-powered photo food recognition, individual food breakdown in meal entries, advanced stats and reports, Quick Add suggestions, and additional features as they are added.
All content, source code, designs, and trademarks in Meal Break are owned by or licensed to Togotol. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.
By uploading photos to Meal Break, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your images for the purpose of providing AI food recognition and displaying images in your account. You retain full ownership of your content. We will not use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent. You may delete your photos at any time through the app.

Meal Break provides nutritional estimates and tracking tools — not medical advice. Calorie calculations are based on the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and are estimates only. Individual needs vary based on metabolism, medical conditions, and other factors.
If you have diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, food allergies, are pregnant or nursing, take medications, or have any other health conditions, consult your doctor before following any meal plan or nutrition recommendations from this app.
Our AI-powered food recognition feature uses machine learning to identify foods from photos. This technology is not 100% accurate and may misidentify foods, provide incorrect nutritional information, or fail to recognize certain items. Always verify AI-generated nutrition data and correct any inaccuracies manually. Meal Break is not responsible for errors resulting from AI recognition.
Exercise calorie estimates are approximations based on MET values. Actual calories burned may vary. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program.
Meal Break integrates with third-party services including Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Supabase, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Meal Break is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togotol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Meal Break. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Togotol harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
